Birthday Balloon

Months this has taken to get just right! First the Balloon wasn't right then it tipped off the scales then I gave up hahaha But soon came back to it.. I designed in inkscape and cut on my beloved craftROBO from conqueror concept pink dew and golden haze card...
Cuts like a dream now and ready for sale!
