Beautiful Frame Freebie..

This is the first of a few I have designed.... You can easily add your decoupage if you choose to in the middle or your toppers.. your choice...

I have cut on my Cameo machine  from Kanban 300gsm card on blade setting 3 with a thickness of 23 and speed 10...
