Victorian baby Carriage
Something so intricate and all cut from card...Another fished out of the uncut folder I have... There is hundreds in there just waiting to come to life but time does not always permit to finish.

Fantastic! You could also not use the top and handle, then you'd have an old wheel chair. Cute for an getting old party.
That is gorgeous - have to agree with anonymous - my initial reaction was ooooo an old wicker bath chair!
