Yummy Cakes !

I haven't made cakes for year's, So today I made some and experimented with Mascarpone Cheese and what a lovely topping it makes too..

The pink are mascarpone topping and the other's are Chocolate topped

    Yummy - I love cooking but hate cleaning afterwards. Next time you're making cakes let us all know and we'll pop round for tea and cake hehehehe
